1) A male nurse who hits on his patient after looking at her confidential file & seeing where she lives, because male nurses are creepy stalkers.
2) An abusive boyfriend who beats up the female neighbor across the hall & tries to fight Van Helsing in front of her daughter. But she beats him up. Because men are abusive.
3) Her ex-husband who didn't send a birthday present to his daughter & also cancels the weekend visit via Skype so he can bang some slut, because fathers don't care about their children.
This was all in less than 15 minutes. It would have continued but they couldn't because the rest of the show had all the leadership positions being held by girls. We do find out later in the season, that the neighbor was abused by her father, because fathers are evil.
It's a terrible vampire/zombie show for a lot of other reasons & was renewed for a 2nd season because of the name recognition of washed up has-been Neil LaBute. Don't subject yourself to this garbage.
